First organized in Westchester, New York in 1950, we have now expanded through all of New York State with offices in Syracuse, Utica, Rome, Oneida, Westchester, Poughkeepsie, and Millbrook.

How does your organization help employees maintain a healthy balance between work and life? Our philosophy is “work to live,” not “live to work.” To maintain this philosophy, we believe in a healthy work/life balance. For example, if an employee has children or grandchildren and might need to adjust his or her schedule to fit around that, we will find a way to make it work.

What are the future plans for your organization? D’Arcangelo is always thinking about where we have been, how far we have come, and where we plan on going next.
