Brenda, a partner at D’Arcangelo & Co., LLP, works primarily out of our Poughkeepsie office. She is the Mid-Hudson offices’ partner-in-charge of nonprofit audits and engagements. She is also responsible for providing audit, review, compilation, and tax services for small business clients. She is specialized in using computer-assisted techniques for sample selection, fraud detection and analytical procedures applied to both financial and non-financial data. Her areas of expertise include:
- Nonprofit Organizations (including audits in accordance with governmental auditing standards and Federal Single Audits under OMB Circular A-133)
- Use of Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs)
